In 2016 we founded Captain Frank to help passengers enforce their claims towards airlines. Together with a team of students, we built a company that reimburses air passengers entitled to compensation. Claims for compensation can result from flight delays and cancellations during a trip. Once the compensation is claimed we transfer it to the passenger and keep a small fee for our work with your claim.
Captain Frank is a passenger portal in the form of a highly efficient technology platform. Instead of having to deal with tedious paperwork, the passenger enters their data on our platform in just a few minutes. Irritating things like printing out documents, signing them, scanning them, are no longer necessary.
Despite all digital technology that makes many things easier, personal contact with our customers is crucial to us. We are available for you by phone and listen if you want to talk about your unpleasant experiences with delays. We do not only send e-mails but sometimes also very old-fashioned letters.
