Michael G. Hoesch can look back on a wealth of experience in founding companies. Before he set up the passenger portal Captain Frank, he had already spent more than 16 years with his company Lifebond, a specialist in the life insurance secondary markets, buying receivables. Prior to founding Lifebond in 2001, Michael Hoesch was a member of the Management Board of cash.life AG, a company that trades in German life insurance policies and established the secondary market for life insurance policies in Germany. Michael Hoesch was also one of the founders of Hoesch & Partner GmbH Versicherungsmakler in Frankfurt/Main, FOCUS Wertpapier Verwaltungs- und Finanzberatungsgesellschaft mbH in Munich and LUX Kapitalmarkt Management AG in Luxembourg. A trained banker, he successfully completed his studies in 1987 at the Johann Wolfgang von Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main with a degree in business administration.
Constantin von Mutius
Constantin von Mutius is responsible for IT at Captain Frank.
In the past, he was part of the founding team of various companies, including one of the first online bonus systems and a management consultancy. He worked as a consultant for more than 15 years for corporations and large medium-sized companies in Europe. These include banks, insurance companies, trade and logistics companies. The content responsibility was the “make it happen” of growth, optimization and digitization strategies based on data-driven processes and digitization. Constantin von Mutius studied industrial engineering in Karlsruhe.
Attorney Georg Knott is responsible for legal services at Captain Frank. He is also a partner in the law firm Preu, Bohlig & Partner.
Georg Knott mainly advises and represents small and medium-sized enterprises in corporate law, employment law and general commercial law matters. Georg Knott has conducted a large number of civil and labour court proceedings and also advises on various supervisory bodies of the companies he advises. Since 1990, Georg Knott has also been active as an M&A advisor in the acquisition and sale of small and medium-sized companies. Georg Knott studied law in Munich. He completed his legal clerkship in Munich and worked for 8 years in an auditing and tax consulting firm in Munich in the field of commercial law.
