# Patience is a virtue: Mr. Bergmann's business trip to Münster

On October 17, 2023, Martin Bergmann was due to embark on an important business trip to [Münster](https://www.stadt-muenster.de/startseite). Everything was planned and timed, but sometimes it's out of your hands: his flight with the number CL2138 from [Lufthansa Cityline(https://www.lufthansacityline.com/de/home.html)](https://www.lufthansacityline.com/de/home.html) was delayed by 214 minutes.

There he was, standing in the airport terminal, looking at his watch and feeling a mixture of impatience and resignation. Time passed slowly and he thought over his presentation for the upcoming meeting once again.

Despite the inconvenience, he realized that this delay would probably result in a small financial compensation.
